Standard Delivery

Standard Shipping - £3.99

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.

Special Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £8.99

Order before 1pm for guaranteed next day delivery on Orders placed between Monday-Thursday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on a Friday (excluding bank holidays) before 1pm using this service will not arrive until Monday.

FREE Collect In Our Store

Order before 1pm for next day collection. We will email you to confirm when your order will be ready for collection.

How It Works - Select "Free Collect In Our Store" as your shipping method. Enter your shipping information with your address and we will prepare your delivery for you to collect in store.

Store address: Gift, 14 Topsfield Parade, Crouch End, London, N8 8PR.

Please bring a form of ID with you.

Order confirmation

Once we've received and accepted your Gift order we will send you a confirmation email that will contain full details of your order, including the items ordered, the address details, your delivery or collection preferences, and your order reference number.

Please have this order reference number available when contacting Gift about your order.

Despatch notification

We will notify you by email when the order has been dispatched. Please keep the email until the order has arrived.

Order tracking

All orders selected with Next Day Delivery are tracked. Once your order is dispatched you will be sent all tracking informations. If you would like more information on the status of your order please contact us by email at kirsty@giftcrouchend.co.uk, or call the shop on 020 8340 0144

Cancelling or Changing Your Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order then you can do so by contacting us by email at kirsty@giftcrouchend.co.uk, or call the shop on 020 830 0144.

Orders should be cancelled within one hour of placement. After this time we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent out to you. If this is the case and we cannot stop the order from being sent, you will have to return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a refund.

To change an order, it is easiest to cancel your existing order and enter a new one.
