FREE Collect In Our Store
Order before 1pm for next day collection. We will email you to confirm when your order will be ready for collection.
How It Works - Select "Free Collect In Our Store" as your shipping method. Enter your shipping information with your address and we will prepare your delivery for you to collect in store.

Please bring a form of ID with you.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, please allow 2-3 days for your delivery to arrive.

Standard Shipping - £3.99

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.99
Order before 1pm for guaranteed next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm using this service will not arrive until Monday.

Order confirmation

Once we've received and accepted your Gift order we will send you a confirmation email that will contain full details of your order, including the items ordered, the address details, your delivery or collection preferences, and your order reference number.
Please have this order reference number available when contacting Gift about your order.

Despatch notification

We will notify you by email when the order has been despatched. Please keep the email until the order has arrived.

Order tracking

All orders selected with Next Day Delivery are tracked. Once your order is dispatched you will be sent all tracking informations. If you would like more information on the status of your order please contact us by email at kirsty@giftcrouchend.co.uk, or by phone on 020 8340 0144

Cancelling or Changing Your Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order then you can do so by contacting us by email at  kirsty@giftcrouchend.co.uk, or by phone on 020 830 0144. Orders should be cancelled within one hour of placement. After this time we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent out to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent and you will have to return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
To change an order, it is easiest to cancel your existing order and enter a new one.
An order for an item that is not currently in stock at the time you place the order may be cancelled up until the day before it leaves our warehouse.

We will acknowledge any complaints within 3 days and will respond to customer services emails within 5 days of receipt.
